Welcome to our factory. Here we build our guitars. In this section you will learn the making process and the exclusive quality control that we always demand to offer a so traditional product.

The process starts with the selection of the best raw materials to build the instruments. The vast majory of the woods are from far foreign countries, althought the cypress is cut here, in Spain, due to its great quality.
Palosanto, maple, pinabeto, cedar, ebony... these are some of the woods that we use in the construction of our famous guitars, and that lie all together in the factory until the moment wich they become art.

Carefully, and following a laborious traditional method from ancient years, the wood starts to change, and slowly all the pieces get together to become a complete and beautiful guitar.

Alberto Pantoja works also in restoration of guitars and other cord based instruments.

Finally, after the barnishment and the installation of every cord, the guitar is completed and finished. Ready for the enjoyment of the most delicate ear.
